Timing the Discovery: How Long Does a Home Inspection Take?

The size, age, and overall condition of the property dictate how long this process is going to take. A compact, well-maintained home might only need about 2.5 hours, but if you’re looking at a larger or more complex property, we’re talking up to 4 hours. We need a minimum of 2 solid, uninterrupted hours to give your home the full attention to detail it deserves.

After those initial 2 hours, we gladly welcome you to join us as we wrap things up. We dedicate at minimum, one full hour to a personalized walk-through with you, breaking everything down one-on-one.
