Our mission is to provide our clients with an educational and seamless home inspection experience, employing cutting-edge technology to deliver customized reports on-site with a focus on quality, integrity, and exceptional customer service.
Full-time high-performance home inspectors: We’re seeking driven individuals who embody professionalism, possess strong problem-solving skills, and have a natural aptitude for customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a background in basic construction, building trades, or building science, with previous experience in the industry or a relevant educational background being a plus.
While prior knowledge of residential home systems is advantageous, a willingness to learn and adapt to our inspection software is crucial. Living within a 75-mile radius of Denver, Colorado, and being open to travel as needed are essential requirements for this position.
Key responsibilities include conducting thorough inspections, producing error-free reports, and providing top-notch customer service, along with participating in local marketing initiatives.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, alongside basic knowledge of IPAD/IOS systems. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to work independently in various weather conditions are also vital.
We are committed to providing the necessary training and tools to support the successful candidate in their role. Upon completion of training and working independently, a company vehicle will be provided.
Starting base pay will be determined by experience and qualifications, with the potential to earn upwards of $100,000+ post-training ($60,000-$80,000 base pay), depending on performance.
